I don’t know if you’ll use this, but I think you should. I’ve read your website and since staying off porn/masturbation/fantasy/orgasm….my sensitivity is returning! It’s amazing, I feel so much better in everything.

I used to watch as much as 30 videos a day sometimes, I’d even do it over eating, bathing, and studying. My grades were dropping and I couldn’t really focus. But the main issue I found, is that I lost my ability to get an erection. I’d say within a span of 9 months, I maybe got a full erection 8 times. It was a killer to me and I felt like I’d never have a girl, I planned to just stay to myself. For some time, I had no idea why no matter how hard I trained or what I ate……my ability to get and stay hard just would not improve.

It turns out high speed porn numbs dopamine receptors due to endless novelty, which decreases the signals your penis needs from your brain to channel erections and proper bloodflow. My anxiety was at an all time high and I’d freak out pretty bad sometimes when women tried to talk to me, my head was just a mess. I’ve since given up porn for about 3 months and my sensitivity is returning. I’m getting FULL erections without even trying and I stay hard. I am so happy with how well the blood flows now, good blood flow is the lifeline of a solid erection. I’m amazed….it’s like magic, but it’s not magic it’s science. Porn knocks your brain off track, which knocks your erections off track. My performance in video games and my studies have improved dramatically since giving up porn as well, I feel better overall.

Guys, if you want a better life you have to put the porn down. In the long run, it just isn’t healthy.

Our ancestors didn’t have high speed porn and they didn’t need it, neither do you. Don’t wait until you can’t maintain an erection to get a clue, take one from me.

  1. lucky, 7 months, and still nothing no morning wood and stiil freddy cogar balls from death grip, im also on paxil which also gives givig this two more months and then cialis is my friend single or not.gary was off about older guys recovering faster im 41.

      It sounds like you’re having a rough time.

      Have you relapsed in those 7 months at all? Have you completely abstained from PMO? I’m afraid I need more info to give any worthwhile advice…

      Paxil is know to have effects on the libido as well. It’s worth talking to your doctor about the process.

    Uh, sleeping is a nightmare. Waking up after four hours and can’t get back to sleep…will exercise help? This is killing me..

    Also, does no sexual scratching of genitals count as a relapse? Usually when I scratch blood flow to the penis increases and I get harder but it nothing too big or INTENTIONAL, like I am not scratching because I want to have an orgasm.

      Sorry to hear you’re having sleeping. Have you tried any “sleep hacks” to help this? Here’s an article with some great ones that I’ve found to make a huge difference in the quality of my sleep:

      RE: scratching, I certainly wouldn’t call this relapsing. Remember, the goal is not to ignore your sexuality, but to revitalize it by cutting out porn, which can desensitize.

    Lately when i was PMO my erections werent as hard as it used to be.
    I didnt know i had PMO then, but week ago tried to have sex (we are both virigin)
    My dick couldnt get that hard + i can only put 1 finger in her v …
    When it was finally 70% the condom i put on killed it. I searched on google and found PMO, i used to PMO 2 a 3 times a day, im 18 and hope so much that my erections will be strong again and have a good sex life later.
    Im still worried cause what if it wont cure me…

  4. Not only does watching porn ruin your erections guys!!! Extreme musturbation does so too!!! Extreme means addicted to it and cannot control yourself. Its time to stop this habit!! We are all there

  5. Dude seriously its 2017 I got nothing!new doctor put me on welbutrin which is week! And Also something called haderol, which is supposed to help with d2 dopamine receptors! I keep!asking for levadopa!or deprynl but he sux I think!I need to see my normal doc instead of these useless shrinks! Gabe as got nothing on me, still!no morning wood!!flatlining like crazy!!I have another appointment in 4 months! I’m going to visit my soulmate gf on new years this year hopefully I’ll be normal by then!
