What is this site about?

This site is about men’s sexual health.  Primarily, the site discusses the possible dangers of a porn habit; how to reverse the damages done by years of habitual porn use; and how to overcome porn-induced ED and sexual anxiety related to porn addiction.

Who writes this site?

My name is Brian.  I am 30 years old and have overcome my long-standing addiction to Internet porn and fully recovered from serious porn-induced erectile dysfunction (PIED). For more about me, see my story.

Why should you listen to me?

Because I went through it. BAD.  I experienced how difficult it was to give it up for good.  I researched and tested many different techniques — anything I found that I thought might work.  I’ve also combed through thousands of reports by men and analyzed what produced success and what produced failure.   In my research, I came across certain techniques, attitudes and strategies that are much more effective for overcoming the addiction and overcoming the related sexual anxiety.

Why did I create this site?

I see that there are a lot of guys out there that are suffering.  And I have been there.  I KNOW it feels like the end of the world.  I KNOW it seems like you’ll never get your natural sex life and libido back.   I see the Internet world becoming more and more dangerous (yes, dangerous!) to men.  There is more, better and faster porn out there than ever. And our brains are just not equipped to deal with it. There are thousands of people out there who are realizing that their pornography use is causing them serious problems in the bedroom.  And the scientific community is only just startin to catch up with the problem.

Now, Gary Wilson and his wife Marnia have done an amazing job of getting the word out about this problem, and exploring the science and neurology behind it.  But I also know that even with the information, this is an incredibly difficult problem to face.  When I discovered that my heavy porn use was the cause of my ED, I immediately set about finding THE BEST WAY to change this habit.  I read books on addiction, habit formation and change, neurology – literally ANYTHING that I thought would help me.  Because for some guys – like me – facing their PMO addiction is the hardest addiction they’ll ever face.
